End of Pop Excel

2008 Pop Excel had officially go for her break! To all who don't know about Pop( People of Praise) Excel, it's actually a group of children who come from difficult and complex background who needs the extra assistance. We provide affordable tuition ($10/mth), sing with them, dance with them, play games with them, tell stories to them and listens to them, celebrate chinese new year, lantern festival, children's day blah blah blah together, and occasionally bring them out for outings. I was once from there (for 4 years)and now i have been volunteering there for like 2 years, every saturday afteroon.

The kids are going for a vaccation, and so are we.

Yes, I do miss them sometimes and i love them!! Every single of them, good ones and naugthy ones, kids are simply that adorable! hais, sad that i wouldn't be seeing them for quite sometime until next year, some may continue, but some may have left.

But look at the brighter side, I GOT MY SATURDAY AFTERNOONS FREE!!!! I can start on my assignments and everything! I WILL! NO MORE PROCRASTINATION. ( I have to go kick that bad habbit!)

7/11- Jeremy's 21 Birthday. Happy Birthday! This guy ah, bad at the mouth, but kind at the soul (:. Haha, exactly the way i know Ren wei as. but i still love him deep deep.(except sometimes, when he really really side my girl too much!)

Happy Birthday carol! ( Woman's age is secret). Heh, she is really a very very good mentor, listener, adviser, conselor. a selfless one, a faithful who you can always count on. Although she hold such a high position at work, but she is always so humble, so selfless when she's with us. Although she is busy, she still take every second to talk to us, ask about of lives and our deep thoughts. Sometimes, i just feel that she is the only true friends that i have, who does not give me pressure, but continously by my side, giving me words of encouragement. She's the best companion that i have! i love you deep deep!!

It's not easy to find a good companion. a true companion. I am lucky to have one!

Im so shagged and tired. My perfect timetable has come to a wrek.

I still owe CWT practical to Bryan, supposely to be sent to him on Friday.
I still have IBS report by monday.
I still have Pop Excel to go to on saturday afternoon.
I still have Cell Group to go to on saturday evening.
I still have Church service to go to on sunday morning.
I still have work to go to on sunday afternoon to night.
I still have cell treat worship songs.
I still have many many days of daily bread to catch on.

Clean& Green Week

This morning we went Suntec Convention Hall for the our living scuplture competition. There are many other "green" competition for all students from pre-school onwards. It's really an eye-opener to see how creative young people can be with recycled materials.

Most importantly, we won 2nd prize in the competition, a trophey with cash of 600 dollars! All the credits to Wei yi, Jun Lin, Jun Wen, Khairul Filza, Li Hui, Li Ting and all the who have play a part in the success of this, Mr Eng, Yi Xuan, Michelle, Yi Zi and Jeremy.

Psychology assignment due this Thursday, yet Lincon took all the information and went MIA. All we know is he's hopitalised. where and when and how, nobody knows.

Sharon had to go MediaCorp shooting for some drama, she would be away for 3 weeks! Just nice back for presentation week.

Left the 3 of us, anxious yet helpless.

Psychology is my dream subject! I'm not going to let it score a C or a B like the rest of the IS module(: We had to really work hard for it!

Marina Barrage Day 2

Day 2 at Marina Barrage again, we had more members of the public joining us. I realise I’m not really that good in Chinese anymore. I had so much problem with translation of English to Chinese as they are quite a number of Chinese visitors. What’s the Chinese for “agency”, ”kallang”, “desalination”, “reflection”, “project”.

I think tomorrow will be more people coming in because of the big walk event. We are making more friends with the Singapore Poly people now(:

Happy Halloween to all!

After which, I join Beverly, Charlene, Chai Min & Solphine for a dinner near Esplanade. I love their Roti John. Then we watched the High School Musical 3! @ 11.55p.m. Midnight movie(: We change from the idea of drinking to ktv to movie. I LOVE HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, I still prefer part 1 the best, but the movie is not bad either. They have got nicer dance steps, I love their dance "last walts" at the roof top. Many many nice movies i want to watch.
